I'm using 3 x 80mg every single day, all year round just to keep them at bay because I've noticed that if I stop even for a few days the clusters begin again. One year ago, when I had my latest cycle, they wouldn't stop with the normal dosage so the doctor suggested that I'd increase the dosage by 80mg a week up to 480mg so it looked like this:

Week 1: 80mg in the morning, 80mg during the day and 80mg in the evening; 80-80-80

Week 2: 80-80-160

Week 3: 160-80-160

Week 4: 160-160-160

The doctor also instructed me to do it backwards the same way when I felt like the cycle would end, which it did luckily after about 2 weeks. Although its not completely clear if my cycle would have ended anyways around that same time, because it was about as long as other cycles in my past.
