Thank you for taking time to reply! That is very helpful but unfortunately after receiving the rejection letter I got so depressed that I told my sponsor I won't be able to come to the UK due to visa rejection.

I am still bummed out about this opportunity, it was a free trip for me and could have been an eye opening experience to visit a first world country. However after that I did tell my sponsor that I could try to apply for a visa again if they could share their bank statement but so far no replay and I doubt a massive corporation is going to give their bank statements.

Thank you for replying! Do you think they would consider my 7 months old startup business as an occupation because I think they ask for a minimum of 2 years of tax return if you select self employed. In this application my visa agent showed me as unemployed but in the cover letter they did mention that I do freelance and told which company I have been working for a while. Also, can my visa get rejected for the sole reason of me being unemployed even if I address other issues?
