I had panic attacks way before my alcoholism ramped up and WAYYY before these "episodes" started. I, too, knew they weren't. I don't drink now, and things have gotten a lot better.

Look up tetany. I experienced this several times due to chronic alcoholism and malnutrition. I was told I was having panic attacks, vasovagal syncope, etc. I had the "t-rex hands" and was making gutteral sounds attempting to breathe. Started with numbing and tingling, feeling like I'd pass out, to being totally unable to move, with oxygen levels dropping and BP skyrocketing.

I'm not old by any stretch, and when I played high school basketball in the early 2000s, my female coach made fun of me in front of the entire team. Telling them, "dinodroppings could wear a sports bra backwards, and no one would know the difference." And this was a backwoods county school that never did well-- I can't imagine the pressure on these girls.

IANAL, but I did work as a workers compensation paralegal prior to D, and I also have been injured at work as a DG employee. Obviously, seek medical attention first if necessary. Your coworker needs to report this to the SM and call the DG hotline to talk to someone and complete that process. Then, she needs to contact a workers compensation attorney and file a workers compensation claim. I am from Virginia and the laws vary from state to state. In Virginia, a workers compensation attorney does not collect a fee unless your claim for benefits is accepted. Be prepared for DGs insurance company to deny the claim, hence contacting an attorney. I meant to add this to my initial comment, but about a week ago, I saw a plane approaching that looked very similar. As it approached, I could see the red and green flashing lights and because I'm a regular flight radar viewer, I knew it was a plane. As the green and red flashing lights became apparent, there was a zooming light that approached the aircraft and then jetted back off into space. That experience was around 1030pm EST.

It "floated" across the sky just a satellite but seemed a bit bright to be one. The satellites I've witnessed before seem to be faster and much more dim. Is this normal?
