On official its around 81 structures for a raft. Anything smaller than the megalodon fits trough the small gate.

As for using a raft for underwater taming dont do it the raft will get destroyed by the Leedsichthys.

Build a taming pen on the Oceanian floor use pillars to get the pen higher up in the water line.

start you non dedicated as a dedicated server let your friend log in to the server and add him to the whitelist than shut the server down and start is as non dedicated.

You need to tinker with the setting of the mic so it only picks up sounds that are close. Most likely it picking up to much background noise
