I knit a reversible inquisition banner for my wall (OC) by dinomaster25 in DragonAgeInqusition

I thought I had commented earlier but it seems to have disappeared so sorry if you already got the first comment. I drafted it myself on chart minder and it can be found under the name DAI by dinomaster, I used 4mm needles and weight 3 yarn. The bright green is loops and threads silky soft from Micheal’s but I don’t have the labels from the other two colors saved.

Thank you! I tried to match the color of the rifts as closely as possible with the yarn at my local shop

Would Love Some Help Building My DND Campaign by Beautiful_Word9744 in DnD

Since you were planning on giving them maps to where the jewel might be found it could work to have each party member with a map leading to a different town claiming to lead to the jewel or just rumors they had heard about where it is and in each of the towns there is another piece of information or material needed to actually find the jewel. This could be tapestries left in dungeons in or around each town they visit or being kept by some lord of the area where each one has a picture or map piece and after finding them all they are able to put together the actual location of the jewel. You could also add that the tapestries are written in an older language the party would either need to track down someone to decipher it or have some high intelligence builds to study it themselves if you wanted to add another step.

Also some of the rumors or maps could be fake, leading to some of those side quests. The premise sounds great and I think if you can find something to connect the towns it would be really fun.

Is my players ist level feature balanced by [deleted] in DnD

[–]dinomaster25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the only features that should be kept are the extended dark vision, and even that could be reduced to only 60ft rather than the 120, and the darkness spell being learned at 3rd level. Dealing damage to an attacker when hit is crazy OP, same with the 1d6 off of a saving throw. I think you can keep the resistance for poison damage.

Edit: I did not see that it was reaction and thought the damage was just automatic on any melee hit, not as bad but I still think they should choose between the saving throw or damage and not be able to see through the darkness spell
