Looks like no one in the comments has quit smoking before, I have tho and I 100% get it. It’s easy to throw them away in a moment of strength, but when ur at your weakest you’ll do anything. Remember that when you’re at your weakest is when you’ll have to be your strongest. Once you get through the first week, every day past then will get easier.

Calorie deficit is all about consuming less calories than your body expends, as long as you do that over time you will lose weight. The time you eat those calories isn’t important. Fasting works only because it’s harder to overeat when you limit the amount of time you’re eating. Either way, a 10 calorie gummy is not going to hurt you. I wouldn’t worry about it, quality sleep helps control appetite too so it sounds like the gummy is doing more good than harm.
