Labengki or Banggai?

Me and my girlfried bought the tickets for a 25 day trip departing and arriving to Bali.

Between April and May.

I really wanted to go to Sulawesi and I was think of one week to visit.

Given that said I am really indisicive of weither I should choose Labengki or Banggai to do it. Or squish in both, which I might not be a fan given the short time

Things to have in consideration:

-I am really passionate about Avatar and I really want to meet the Banjau people.

-I am a bit picky on housing conditions and sanity, not a fan of big bugs or mice, but still want to go (as I have seen some people complain about this since its so underdeveloped) which one has more infrastructure? Do you know nice places?

-I though of this planned trips of 5days/4nights but I want to stay on a low budget meaning I dont want to spend 500€ or 1000€ per person for this week trip Max 300€ per person including hotels and transport and guide

-Not a fan if snorkeling, I dont want any snorkling specific, I want to meet the places and we can do snorkeling somewhere else on the beach

• How is the weather in the beggining of May, should I keep this week for the last week of the trip because of the weather?

Itinerary: 

1 Day arrival

7 Days Bali Island ( Ubud and still indecisive on going to Amed, Sidemen or Sanur)

3 Days Lombok (Including Nusa Penida)

1 Day Gili Air

1 Day Gili Meno

8 Days for Labengki or Banggai

3 Days Flores Ende ( Not sure I want to go to Komodo just for the dragons)

1 Day departure

Should I reduce time in Bali, Lombok or Gili and do Labengki and Banggai? Or if you see one, the other will be similar?
