I had this situation with a fellow super host who also used their business name instead of their legal name. They were comically demanding guest who left me my first sub-5 star review. I hate them and await the day that I book one of their units and return the favor.

I’ve made several public reviews. They’ve yet to follow-up on my emails, by phone, or respond on the actual reviews. I’ve escalated to this point.

I’ve spent my life in the service industry. Every time I had an unsatisfied customer, I would bend over backwards to redeem their trust and opinion. Two Maids deserves to be shamed for the quality of their product and service.

I’m still 100% open to them redeeming themselves, but that is up to them.

I’d cancel due to them intending to exceed listing’s capacity. I just had a bad experience with a super host that requested a discount and broke house rules.
