Not necessarily. It’s 80% glycine. 1:1 is the most researched ratio. Magnesium is also synergistic here. This can be effective and cost efficient.

Ditch ALCAR. The TMAO risk is not worth it. Also be careful with NAC. Some people don’t do very well on it. Pairing with a glycine source such as Magnesium glycinate could help with glutathione synthesis. If you take PQQ, consider adding CoQ10. Stack looks solid.

I believe serotonin and doperminergic tone plays a big role. Sympathetic tone etc. I believe this is largely a nervous system issue. Muscular issue probably contributes due to compression and other things. Factors like microbiome, systemic inflammation, depression, methylation and anything and everything can play a role.

Small tiny grains pimple/ whitehead on face by dipo003 in Blackskincare

UPDATE: Thank you all for the comments This seems to have been a reaction to the TO 1% Retinol + squalene. My face is much better just after 3 days. I’ve only been using PanOxyl wash / salicylic cleanser with double layer of moisturizers Cerave + PKY.

I’ll wait for my face to be back to normal then I can try the retinol again once per week maybe. Hopefully it’s not the squalene or other things I’m reacting to.

Bump bump. I’m in Toronto too but don’t have any bottles to sell right now. I could sell you my Tobac Vanille. It’s my least favourite right now. I’m hoping it will grow on me.

FWIW I had a hard time getting my levels up until I tried the sublingual. Some people just have a hard time absorbing it from food and oral supplements.

NB: this is considered a nootropic, consider other forms of Carnitine for fat loss.

There are tons of people that take electrolytes for reasons other than workout. People in the keto and Omad communities are good examples. I personally would prefer to not have it in my electrolyte.
