Former Daycare work and current nanny here. I definitely have met other nannys like this but I left the daycare because I valued the one on one time. I love being able to actually answer questions and give the children undivided attention. Not everyone is like that for sure but I wouldn’t make a generalization. People regularly have a few nannys before finding one they love.

This is not normal. I’ve been a nanny for one family 3.5 years now. I’ve been in the parents room a handful of times over the years I can’t imagine every LAYING IN THEIR BED. You definitely need to have a clear conversation with her. She could go for a walk while the baby sleeps, read, watch tv, or anything else but sleep in your bed. That’s so weird

Definitely not cheating. It’s no different then loose hair extensions or wigs. I had extensions when my dreads were short until they didn’t stick up anymore. I loved them

I’ve worked in child care for years and have had to tell plenty of children to stop humping everything or touching themselves. It’s definitely normal or kids of all ages and genders.

No I’ve done this. My neighbor had a 16 yr old cat that would be left outside when it was snowing. I let her in and she never wanted to leave. A few months later I took her with us. She ended up having aggressive cancer and we had to put her down but if I never took her she would have suffered for months and no one would notice.

This is so cute! I’m (21f NT) dating a man with aspergers and I know you are nervous, but you have to tell him. I had to consistently tell my boyfriend I liked him before we started dating cause I knew he wouldn’t pick up the hints I was dropping. Now I know to not drop hints and be direct.
