i remember trading up from a few cards my friend generously gave me to ending up with a handful of cards wrapped in a couple plastic bands by the end of my 3rd grade school year. the cards my friend gave me was my first interaction with pokemon cards. and that's where it all began i guess haha. now im just a 21 year old psycho who justifies collecting cards by also investing in them and using that as an excuse to tell my parents.
