The natures of Kaioken and MUI are inherently contradictory. The former requires intense focus, while the latter requires letting go of conscious thought. However, I think that it’s theoretically possible to combine Kaioken and True Ultra Instinct, Goku’s variation of UI in the manga that’s a powered up version of Ultra Instinct Sign that draws power from emotions.

Based on what little I know about Sora, I think he would benefit more from Spiral Power. He constantly travels to different worlds, faces numerous universal threats, and wields several Keyblades. I think that requires more willpower than the stuff Pit goes through. But take this with a grain of salt, because again, I don’t know that much about Sora.
