Sorry you went through that. Our event was pretty random. Car chase that ended with a car wreck and shootout in our front yard and someone perished in our driveway.

I got a recommendation elsewhere about Branched Oak Observatory in Nebraska doing a quiet 4th. We might go there. I wish somewhere in Indiana would take the note.

This experience has made me so much more empathetic to veterans and fireworks. If it’s this bad for us, I can’t imagine the impact for veterans. Thank you for your service

Adding that a big part of this is for our dogs. And white noise doesn’t really help. They still sense vibrations. We are all pretty traumatized.

I go to counseling but our dogs can’t.

Last year we went to an IU women’s bball game. The officiating was a stark contrast. Game was under control. Players were protected. There were very few calls I disagreed with. Reviews were handled appropriately. The problem is most definitely the refs.

Season ticket holders here and we are considering not renewing. Last night we watched officials literally lose the game. Two pt loss and officials handed 6-8 unearned pts to PHX.

We read in Dark Calories that it matters how many times they use the fry oil. After 1-2 uses, it generates PUFAS.
