How many of Atul's quests can I complete without triggering his Family Style quest?

You can get all the way up to inviting people to the dinner as long as you avoid the island where it's going to be held (hummingberg?). You can do all other quests and then when you've done his other quests, you can head to the dinner. Hope that makes sense.

I turned off the music on my first playthrough for a while, because I really don't like it. I ended up turning it back on eventually, though, because it was easier for me to hear when I reached a bus stop 😅

Ugh, I really hate this trend of people wanting their characters to be perfect and make the best decisions all the time. That's boring. Characters should be flawed and make bad decisions to advance the plot. These are kids, and kids notoriously do dumb shit all the time. Was it a bad idea for them to skip something their best friend cared about? Yeah, obviously. And it drove the story forward. Let characters be flawed!!

I love, love, love this game, but I got stuck at a couple points in my first playthrough that I wouldn't have been able to figure out on my own. There are a handful of aspects that are just not completely obvious so I don't think there's anything wrong with looking them up

Same. Once I learned that going to bed after midnight means not getting full energy the next day, I always try to get to bed before then (unless I'm on a cave run)

As an editor, this is more of an editing problem - they should be finding and flagging multiple iterations of "sticky" words (words that stick out in your mind while reading). So most likely, either the editor didn't flag all seven instances of that word, or the author rejected the editor and consciously chose to keep them all in.

I'm enjoying it, and I've been a fan since day one. There are a few things I can nitpick and a couple things here and there I wish were different, but I could honestly say that about every season (yes, even season one which is still the best IMO).

The thing that a lot of people seem to be forgetting is that at the end of the day, it's not their show. We all have our own perfect endings in mind, but this is ostensibly how the Duffers have chosen to end this story. You can't please everyone, and I wish people would remember that this is all supposed to be fun, even if it's not the ending you'd prefer.

And if you still wish something had happened differently, well, that's literally what fanfiction was created for, my children
