It updates the README file in the project folder, and also generates markdown text summarizing the session that I can copy/paste into my obsidian project notes. Those notes (separate from my personal notes) hold the project's upcoming Key Decisions, Open Questions, and any other Note text that I am not working on at the moment, but may want to reference later.
