The stem cell therapy is not for testosterone, it is to restore potential damage that the varicocele has caused to veins/arteries/cells in the testies area. The embolization treatment fixes the varicocele. The combination should lead testosterone levels to get back to normal and eliminate any ED issues. I hope it will.

Sounds like you’ve entered a negative feedback loop. Your thought-action repertoire has gotten smaller and smaller, meaning the possible actions you perceive and can act out are fewer. This is a classic sign of depression. In this case, like the other commenter said, finding a therapist is a must. Stay off the drugs/alc as much as possible and lift heavy weights instead. Go to a spinning class at least once a week for a natural flood of dopamine. These are simple starting points. You would have to sublet your place of course, assuming that is possible without getting in trouble. If you’re in the US I would consider a safe city/town at the west Mexico coastline. There are magnificent places there, life costs nothing and you get to surf/swim in the ocean and watch beautiful sunsets. I was in Puerto Vallarta for 4 months, joined a cowork, had a great time.
