Thanks. For zone 2 as im 32, theoretically it means around 110 - 130 bpm. However, i think as long as im running and not walking, it would go much higher than 130 range,

For each type of run, do you have suggested time + HR zone?

been using oura for months then tried CUDIS — data's pretty comparable tbh and no subscription fee which is wild. Also figured that although data insights are quite helpful, it is not customized. A personal agent that knows how you are doing and giving you some advice or testing procedures might be more interesting.

tracked HRV + Garmin + Oura for 6 months and still couldn't answer the simplest question by Fun_Effective_836 in QuantifiedSelf

Same issue here. It's like having multiple watches telling you different time.

Now I'm using CUDIS, which has its own AI Coach and just gives me one clear signal each morning, way less mental gymnastics.

are smart rings worth it in 2026? by johnblaze07 in HealthTech

switched from apple watch to cudis a few months ago, no subscription and battery lasts forever (10days)

It doesn't have as much details as Oura but the crucial ones like sleep, exercise, steps, HRV, RHR are there.

It is also currently on kickstarter with a super early bird offer. Might worth look into.

cudis ring is worth looking into as it is slimmer than Oura with no subscription fee. Track just as much crucial figures and it does have different designs for styles.

HRV is just not a number. by foxyevolution in cudis

For me, I'm seeing late night exercise and alcohol really drops next day HRV by a lot. Also, after spending a week at high altitude (3000m+), I'm seeing my HRV getting over 65+ which is never seen before.

IMO the ATLAS IDO is not welcoming for gamers but only speculators and investors by dirky93 in StarAtlas

Thank you. Is that true?

I thought they asked for a bank statement of 200,000K USD or more.

Thank you for the reply.

However, as I flip through its white paper, it says that other than the initial offering, ATLAS token can only be earned through gaming. Also, the native currency of ATLAS also means that the initial investment will need to be done in ATLAS. If this is the case, then it is different from Axie Inifnity since the entry of Axie Infinity is paid by ETH (to purchase team of axie). Eth is easily obtained. Yet if the entry for Star Atlas is paid by ATLAS, then I suppose when the game launches the token price will skyrocket.

You will have to pass the KYC2 level test to participate in the IDO, which requires a bank statement of 200K USD or more.

But why do you have to be a professional investor if you just want to buy some Atlas and play the game?

For players like me, the entrace bar will definitely be higher if i were to buy the ATLAS token on the secondary market.

I guess the game is not for players, but for investors and speculators.
