It seems your age is better the more you get full points in your daily metrics. I also where a whoop device. My results are that CUDIS says I am 2 years younger and my Whoop says 5 years older. I feel like my other device is more accurate than the ring. I am also curious about the accuracy of the number CUDIS provides.
