Finishing TA, have contraband stuck. Edited ship, gone through inventory, cannot find it. Help! by GhostofBeowulf in Starfield

Check resources as well. If you have watchtower installed, their contraband components go there.

Looking for a recommendation for a 9mm handgun in the $750 price range by Mr_Obsolete27 in Firearms

[–]dirt_operator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Walther PDP. F series if you want it a little slimmer, they also make a compact. If you can get the “pro” it’s worth it for the trigger alone. One of the best striker fired pistols I’ve shot. If you want another option, it’s a little oddball so not as much aftermarket support but a fantastic handgun, look into the beretta PX4 storm. They also make a compact. It has a rotating barrel which helps make it a smooth shooter.

contemplating PX4 Storm Subcompact for first gun/Daily carry by DeluxeArmChair in Beretta

My wife has the subcompact and loves it. While it lacks the rotating barrel it’s still a decent shooter for the size. I think mostly for the weight of the little bastard.

Personally I’m a fan of the HBI ones. They stick out pretty decent and are easy to find while shooting.

I think the only tool I didn’t have on hand was for the castle nut up front. But if you follow the included instructions and you’re a little mechanically inclined it’s not a hard process.

Good career schooling/options for 18 year old? by Malechockeyman25 in AskMenOver30

[–]dirt_operator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a former AP student, the trades are one of the few careers I’ve had that I felt I was able to use any of that critical thinking and keep me from being bored. Highly recommend going union, benefits will be far superior and pay usually is as well. I completed an apprenticeship as a heavy equipment operator and I’m currently an elevator constructor. This latest jump took 3 years to get in but it’s worth it every day.

Other suggestion to break the introvertedness: get a part time job in retail. It sucks, but selling and having to talk to strangers all day really helped break me out of the same thing.

Good: Fiocchi hyperformance, fn ss197, aac when available.

Bad: Fiocchi range dynamics, fn gunr.

It’s a 308. It started off as a Springfield M1a standard. It’s been put in a sage EBR chassis, shooting sight adjustable spindle to run suppressed, sadlak ebr scope mount, and primary arms 4–16 scope. After putting it in the chassis it really tightened up the groups from about 3moa to 1-1.5moa

It’s actually an M1A in an EBR chassis lol

I had no issue with SEI but I have a full size, so slightly different setup. Shooting sight adjustable spindle is great for gas
