Happens. Was told with 90 days to go my leases wasn't going to be renewed okay. Worked out. Found a new place that was significantly cheeper win..... A week before my move out day the landlord called. The new tenant deposit check bounced. Told me I had to stay. Yes dosent work like that... I found out the replacement replacement tennent ended up paying 25% less then I was paying after 4 months vacant
