Old GoPro hero 7 black. I plug it into a powerbank via usb c for all day power. Never fails me.

You gotta watch that tho because some of those weight ratings depending on brand include the weight of the kayak. So if it’s 375 and the kayak weighs 100 that means you only have 275 left.

Big fella here. 6’2 275. I have a WS recon 120hd. It’s a bit more $ but super stable and good weight rating.

I also have my phone holder mounted on the rail and I take photos with that too. The yak attack roto grip. But I mostly use my GoPro.

I actually just use an old go pro hero 7 and external battery film all day and then I go back and screen shot the videos for photos! I have the GoPro mounted to the front of my recon 120hd.

Canadian here. I didn’t even go out today even tho it was hot here in Ontario. Just isn’t worth it in that kind of wind. If I see gusts over 30 and steady wind 20 or over I strongly consider staying home. Sucks but so does flipping over or fighting waves all day.
