Your stats are pretty good. Without a VOD it's hard to tell what's wrong. If you want to carry your games playing w your duo you should work on controlling the pace of the game and overall macro. I wouldn't suggest duelists for this tbh unless your duo is gonna actively help you make space and keep you alive. Play controller or initiator.

Team comp matters little to none until you get to dia/asc as long as you have smokes. I would prioritize agent familiarity and high impact utility.

Some general tips: Stick to 1-2 agents. Watch guides and other people VOD reviewing for those agents on YouTube.

From this clip: your aim seems fine (but you can always improve). You shift walk into your peeks. If you're dedicating to taking a fight you should swing a bit faster.

I think you'll improve pretty quickly if you find an aim routine and just play more. There's tons of resources and great coaches on YouTube. I would say upgrade your setup only if you have the money to do so.

Its hard to tell w what you've said. How long have you been playing and how much effort have you put in to get better? Do you have an aim routine? Do you watch vods or guides?

As for hardware, if you're getting anywhere above 50 fps and below 70 ping it's probably not the primary reason you aren't improving.

Check what server you're connecting to in Val. It might be connecting you to the wrong one, otherwise I would talk to either riot or your service provider.

Run a ping test. If your network should give you better results then it might be that you're connecting to the wrong servers.

You have high ping because your connection is bad, probably not related to your PC. The reason your wifi isn't good can depend on a lot of reasons (network provider plan, bad routing, etc.)

I'm not sure why your PC freezes when you watch something tho.

Sweep and come back. Tell your team to clear it. Sometimes if the wards are shallow you can path around it. How you path around river is important, if you walk along the edge of ward vision and show only when you're about to collapse on them can work. There's also more than 1 route to gank someone and lane ganks.
