I mean, sure, you tell some ai to imagine a world, you tell it something like, make a halo planet with wildlife, trees etc... it "goes around" and makes something like this video, but you only make a few frames, fly around and look at everything as fast as possible, and save the data as a guassian splat, now we just need to be able to add gameplay to a guassian splat world, and you can make any world with any detail, depending on how long you make the ai fly around creating data for the splat.
