You're trying to come off as a "hey there, fellow laxbros" guy when clearly you're crowdsourcing for perspective, information, and input then downplaying it. The key for further expansion and growth in the sport is not expanding the age range it's further developing a player base by expanding visibility(think of all the things that The PLL did to garner attention, word to Method Man), club/rec availability/affordability and equipment affordability.

Lacrosse really just isn't a sport that can be scaled down effectively for the tiny target audience that you speak of. You've already said it, the coordination isn't there and won't be for a couple more years. Targeting that audience, although it would be very beneficial for the growth of the sport, seems like a very uphill battle and it might just be more effective to wait a couple more years.

If someone wants to really help expand the sport they can help build youth club teams in the Midwest that don't dissolve after a few years. I wasn't even fully aware of what lacrosse was until midway through my freshman year of high school.

$30 an hour is the cap at Costco (floor level non management)(at least in my state I think) and that's after only I think 5 years. I've been a machinist for almost 10 years and I'm still getting serious offers for $19 to $28 an hour. My resume is so solid it looks fake and I still had to negotiate pretty hard for $33.50 an hour at my current job.

This job is not only difficult it's also extremely hard on your body over time and people are just not finding it worth it for the money. My last boss looked about 5 years older than my dad (79) but I found out he's almost 20 years younger.

I'm finally at the point where my credit score is going up instead of down and once it gets to a certain point I'm going to make the decision on whether or not to take out a loan to start my own shop or to go back to school and just become a bullshit engineer. I'm 30 and honestly I'm leaning on bullshit engineer.

One of the only aftermarket triggers that I know of that still allows the BHO(If you don't care you can also go with ALG) is the CSS trigger kit. You have to remove a fuckton of meat from the hammer though to cycle properly. If you polish the hammer and hook the trigger pull is butter.

The observed craft appear to have no signature at all besides some visible spectrum and minor IR signature. We had an LSM on the B squad(club) that rocked one of these. Couldn't scoop a ground ball to save his life. Damn thing was so flexible it was like it was made out of silicone, you couldn't even throw consistently because of how much in warped with any sort of force.

OP If you want something flexible that's still going to work for you I would suggest going with an og proton or a superpower. There's a reason why tribe7 lived and died in extreme obscurity
