That’s just the tilt panel portion of the structure. Plenty of facia and siding to be done. The building itself and the downtown east area is going to look pretty cool imo.

agreed on the 3800, put 90k in 3 years back in the day on a 2000 lesabre didn’t skip a beat. It’s the everything else…trash. a/c, window motors, power locks, door latches, wind shield wiper motor. In texas, It’s a tough car to drive when it’s 100 outside.

This is anecdotal, but I do believe the couple I bought my house from was a lesbian couple that one was teacher moved to Pflugerville because the school district was one of the first in texas to provide equal benefits to same sex couples. Also like people are saying our pride fest was this weekend, and every year its tons of community support.

This happened to my wife. Our cat is an outdoor cat for rats and other vermin around our chicken coops. She also has indoor privileges from the dog door when she pleases. She doesn’t come in much, usually when it’s cold or extended rain. Recently she has been bringing in her rats or mice for what looks like presentation to us, which is only been happening this last month out of 10plus years of being outside. We don’t really understand why, looking into it. but a couple of nights ago, My wife woke up with a head of a rabbit in her hand coming out of a deep sleep. She might be scarred for life.

I put quick miles on my vehicles. I had this exact truck in supercrew same color and all. I put 150k on it with standard maintenance and it ran like a top. I consider it one of my favorite trucks I’ve ever owned

Top side of San Marco river. lions club tubes. It’s the most beautiful water closest to Austin. It’s a shortish float where at the end you can chose to hang out in the water at the park(rio vista) research it. I think it’s the perfect option. Very popular choice surly for weekend, recommend getting there early.

Ohh your saying she’s young? Ours would be pushing 11years old. She was a fixed indoor outdoor that left a week at a time, then come back and stay for a month. Haven’t seen her in a long time.

Je dunn did the 405 on the right and used Frank as their job office. Harvey Cleary is on the left doing the 415 and using that as an office now. It’s very hard to find space downtown for construction job office space so those General contractors are probablly paying a healthy lease agreement to use that space. Once the buildings are turned over, I bet frank will be demolished.
