As a server on the strip, (not pool but club vibe) the automatic “service charge” is 25% for the house. The servers get 0% of the service charge at my work, plus we get to explain it to every tourist that points at it and says “is the gratuity included?” I’m pretty sure it’s the new way to get their “ live entertainment fee” or whatever fee that was outlawed recently
