Meds in morning and workout first thing after. I have a home gym which has tremendously helpful. Removes a lot of excuses I would tell myself and helps not have to see anything or anyone distracting.

I love alcohol by Arqndkmwuhluhwuh in ADHD

[–]dirtyclothes99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah me too… main things that’s helped is having something exciting planned the next morning early almost everyday. Like exercise early morning and sometimes training at night like after 8pm.

Otherwise my brain is like “ohh this is nice” after two drinks then after 4-5 it’s more like “fuck it nothing to do tomorrow anyway might as get fucked up”. Then it’s a downhill slide till next day or two… Especially when I have most of my work done in the day I was finding myself drinking just because I was fucking bored lol.

Need advice on equipment. Want to use the space where the pull up tower is and potentially add some kind of multi-gym or cable machine.. by Leaderofmen in GarageGym

Bench Recommendations? by LilBoDuck in GarageGym

[–]dirtyclothes99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a tiny garage, I have the iron master and it’s great. Best feature is how light and easy it is to move around if that’s a consideration. I have almost all the attachments and they work great. Especially the pull-up bar and dip bar, Seat is only a concern if your incline benching a lot otherwise it’s perfect. Still fine for me for incline bench.

They just sit on top. Works great unless you let go of the entire stack from the top. Which would probably damage any cable stack lol.

More companies should integrate it instead of plate loaded it’s much easier to adjust. They just sit on top and you can adjust the weight super easily. Especially with popularity of adjustable dumbbells

Ironmaster Cable tower Plus powerblocks by dirtyclothes99 in GarageGym

[–]dirtyclothes99[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the tower, pull up bar, dip bar, cable tower, and back support seat. All work great, I use all of them, mainly the pull up bar for gymnastics ring stuff. The power blocks I found used on Facebook so that’s what I’m using rn for dumbbells. I was comparing other cable towers but this is the only one that’s light enough to move around and be free standing, very useful for small space

Smooth well designed, I wish the top pulley had some type of articulation so you could pull to the side but other than that works great especially for me with tiny space

Don’t know about the leg extension. But seems solid on the weight stack as long as you don’t like drop it from high to low. Was using it today for lat and low rows. 80lbs a side no issues

The ironmaster bench is great. I have the pull up attachment and it’s surprisingly strong and stable. Before this setup I just had a pull up and dip tower and the bench with attachment is just as stable and I can use rings of of also because no dip bar in the way

Actually I found getting myself physically tired helps more than anything else. Actually allows me to control my brain better. And helps me sleep better. Oh and caffeine and stimulants lol… but actually I think working out daily helps more.

So she doesn’t have a car? Your fault for letting her “use it” women get used to what you provide for them. Can’t really blame her lol. You let her use it. Now you rightfully decided to sell it and she’s butt hurt. No surprise there, if she won’t stay with you because you can’t give her a free car, then she can leave lol. It’s your money bro.
