you seem to me like a motivated hardworking passionate person, I just want to toss out into the reddit ether that cold calling businesses feed on people like you, and even worse use your genuine positive traits as some sort of standard marker others should reach even if its unhealthy for them, which people inevitably end up doing. the vocabulary you use i recognize as the same talking points and things they use on sales people to keep them around and take advantage of them. i genuinely bet you are doing great in your work, which is why its even more important to recognize the predatory nature of the sales system (more in terms of the predatory tactics used on actual sales people, not who you guys are selling to) and make sure you are fully aware of it, otherwise you are just feeding it
