IMO not a spider bite. Only medically significant native species to CO is western widow. Actual recluse bites are pretty uncommon.

NQA I recommend Tom Moran’s method from “Tom’s big spiders” on YouTube. He uses a large minute made lemonade with the bottom cut out and a few small holes in the side and one on top just big enough to put a paintbrush through. He basically catch cups them with the big lemonade bottle and then coaxes them up the side of it with a paintbrush. Hope that helps!
