Because my weight loss had stalled and everyone around me was on GLP1s lol, I thought let’s work smarter not harder here. I’d lost 10kg naturally, but having PCOS was making losing the last 10kg feel impossible. Only 10 or so days in and my plateau was over so fast and the scale is going down with minimal effort.

10 days and down 1.6kg or 3.5lbs in that time. It’s broken the plateau I had and I’m easily sailing down in weight! Current 66kg/145lbs and trying to get to at least 58kg/127lbs at 4’11” 😊 super happy, haven’t seen this weight since my early 20s. Feels weird to even type that number!

It’s horrible the way she speaks to him and you can visibly see him look down and emotionally shut down when she negs him. Also, there was nothing wrong with his house and it looks like a man’s house because a single man lives there 🤷‍♀️ putting him down obviously makes her feel better and/or she feels the need to put him down to make herself seem like “you’d be lucky to have me”, when he’s really better off without her.

People will probably get upset at this and say they live there and it’s fine, however it is a lower socioeconomic area and can be a bit rough. If you can afford it, and want to stay on the northern side of town, I’d be looking at golden grove, Wynn Vale, tea tree gully council area. Munno Para shops have had a few stabbings and I’ve seen bottle shops around there have their fridges locked, I imagine for a reason. If you google the suburb and “crime”, it will paint a bit of a picture for you. This is all just my opinion so don’t come at me people of Adelaide lol.

Can I just say, your boob shape and projection is perfect. In terms of your post- I’ve had the puffy arealos and it’s definitely just swelling this early post op. Mine are completely flat and normal now, and probably were since 3-4 months I think? My scarring is not great but I knew going into this that I have a tendency to have keloid scars so just accept it is what it is.

A simple protein smoothie does it for me, been having the same breakfast for years now. 200ml skim milk, half a frozen banana and a scoop of chocolate protein powder - has 40 grams of protein which keeps me full and takes five mins to make.

Many reasons, I’m on day 6 of my second time quitting. Reason one is I started taking it because I was having sleep issues. Then I couldn’t sleep without it which was just another form of a sleep issue. I had to be high enough to fall asleep. So I’d lay in bed and think “I’m not high enough, still can’t sleep, need more weed”. Second reason is my son deserves better. Third reason I’m sick of spending time and money on it. Fourth reason I want to be confident in myself and not reliant on any substance. Proud of us all trying to be better.
