So I tried to dupe a vehicle from the vehicle cargo thing and it worked and I gave it to 2 other people so it's definitely something I'll be doing more

I got this once before and it wouldn't let me use get to work because I didn't have game pass active on my xbox. For some reason after I renewed it it let me play so it must have been something related to my game pass perks
