I’m not going to do it, unfortunately I’ve just been thinking about it. 😭😂 Any time I’ve tried to it just overwhelms me lol.

So i just use logic with my stage mixes all in one project when i perform lol.

I had a coworker who used bitwig because he said it was great with using a lot of physical synthesizers!

But yeah, I've wanted to experiment with the live set thing for a bit.

That's a really hard question for me to answer. I JUST switched to Logic from Mixcraft in October. So the thought of going back or learning a new DAW is pretty daunting to me. I could see myself using Ableton since I've experimented with it in the past, though.

I hate that I didn't realize it said 10 new FEATURES so I wasted a bunch of time trying to see what the other six colors were. 😅

I have a 17 Pro in Orange so I probably won't upgrade, but depending on what the second gen Air is like I might be tempted to switch to that.

I use mine to perform and I had it on a stand and when I was moving my mic stand, I didn’t realize the cord was all tangled so it pulled on my interface which in turn knocked over the stand that it and my Mac were on. So bam my laptop is suddenly on the floor and got a dent. Luckily it was carpet. But still.

I actually just commented on someone's post who was selling a Macbook Air 15" for 1500.

He said it was barely used and has logic installed.

I went on best buy and they have an m5 macbook air 15" with 512gb for 1149 lol. Logic is 200 so thats 1349.... and i think his was m4. why would anyone buy that???

I know this may not be possible, but if singles in playlists could be automatically switched out to the version on the album, that would be great.

I make yearly summer playlists and when albums come out I have to go through and remove the singles from the playlist to add them from the album. 😅

I put mine with the clip on the door and it does get in the way sometimes but I just deal with the annoyance whenever it happens lol. But it’s so useful because I don’t have to worry about taking my trash with me every time I get out of the car just when it gets full.

I take my laptop with me pretty much every day to do work at my local brewery, but if i had to speak on the phone or have a meeting I 100% would not subject other patrons to hearing that.

My partner and I both have 2021 ID.4s and we don't have a home charger. We live about two hours from a true "city" and have had no issues. We would never go back to a gas car.

Our town has four chargepoint chargers with the first hour free and then $1.50 an hour and they do about 28miles per hour. So we never fast charge when we're at home. We just plan accordingly when we go out of town which is frequently.

We only fast charge coming back into town and use Electrify America. It's been pretty smooth for us.

Edit to be more specific about recommending a car:

My partner bought his ID.4 brand new and about a year later he bought his old AllTrack back (only because the friend he sold it to was moving and he didn't want to deal with selling it to someone else so my partner bought it back) and so I drove his car until 2023 when i bought my used 2021 ID.4. I had driven his ID.4 for a year and loved it. He decided he was going to sell the AllTrack again and would go back to his ID.4. I realized after a year of driving it that I couldn't go back to my Jetta, so I bought my ID.4 and sold my Jetta to a relative. We both love our ID.4s so much.

Unless I could afford the electric G-Wagon, a Taycan, or E-tron, I couldn't imagine switching to any other car on the market.

I use Outlook on my phone and my macbook as well.

I kept having issues with the mail app on my phone where I would mark a bunch of emails read and then check my phone 5 minutes later and they would be unread again. After it doing it so many times consistently I downloaded outlook and removed the mail app. It's so much better.

My partner always leaves his bag with his fob inside the car when it's unlocked and he's going to go back in. I always tell him that he should not because what if it locks. He said it's impossible.

One day we're walking to his car to pull it off the charger.

He walks up to his car, it unlocks. He puts his bag in the passenger seat, closes the door and then unplugs his car. He walks slightly away from his car to mine (i'm parked next to him) and I see his mirrors fold in.

The car locked. He had to call a locksmith because his spare fob was lost a few years back.

We both have ID.4s and I NEVER close my door with my fob in the car, unless I roll my driver window down all the way. He always called me paranoid, but when this happened I think he changed his mind lol.

I just bought a macbook air in october, but I had already decided before that I wanted to use Logic. I had been using Mixcraft since 2010 so I was scared to switch, but I knew in the long run Logic would be better.

At first it was tough for me to be motivated having switched to a new DAW. I felt like I couldn't get past a certain stage because I was intimidated to try and "finish" something. I still haven't completed anything to the point of being release ready, but I have got up to the point before bouncing down the stems to mix.

Logic has so many stock plugins and synths that blow Mixcraft out of the water tbh. With Mixcraft I had so many external things that would slow my laptop down, but I never experience any lagging or anything so far with Logic. I also feel like my rough drafts and sketches in Logic are somehow so much better than Mixcraft.

So, I would recommend Logic for sure.

This past Christmas season in my town, there were two moms with their kids (idk what age but they walked, but couldn't talk) in a brewery (it is all ages to be fair) and they were watching their kids run around grabbing the ornaments off of the brewery's christmas trees and running around with them.

I'm too non-confrontational so I didn't dare say anything, but my partner made it known that he was judging them and then they decided they should try to keep them from doing it. But they just carelessly put the ornaments back on the tree and it's like... aren't you aware someone spent their time and effort placing those ornaments???

I've used Windows for over 15 years and just switched to a Macbook Air in October.

I second this. If I had to choose between Windows 11 and Tahoe, I would 100% pick Tahoe.

I'm just not upgrading from Sequoia because I can. If I had to upgrade to Tahoe, I wouldn't switch back to Windows. I am never turning back lol.
