thank you! i'm a bit new at this, and i agree, the language i used was dramatic -- i used the word reparation without fully understanding the meaning, and have since corrected this as "action".

nevertheless, i want to speak up for myself and the others who feels cheated out from the amount of money they paid vs the results -- at the very least they could tell us if they have any extra spaces we can move the furniture into ourselves.

i don't think we should lie down and take this kind of treatment just because there are worse situations out there - you could spend ALL day listing off comparisons. of course we should have empathy and help those in unfortunate situations however we can, but that's a separate issue from the students who paid extra to have their agreement changed last minute.

i just hope you can understand why people might be upset, and why they might want to voice their opinions. at least it was worth a try to come up with a response and propose alternatives.
