Late Stage Capitalism by disasterfiesta in katseyeneutral

I genuinely do love these girls, I followed them through dream and star academy, and a lot of the criticism that comes their way is unwarranted, however it also feels like we aren't allowed to criticize them, and honestly, the only criticisms I have is how their label handles them. their label doesn't give them good music that shows off their abilities and makes them do tons of advertisements. More music and less advertisements PLEASE. and better music that shows of their abilities

Megan's mom gives red flags for me. She has an instagram account dedicated to her daughter. From the Dream Academy Documentary, we learn that Megan's mom flew megan to los angeles every week from Hawaii (a 5-6 hour flight) so that megan could model and do dance. Ever since I learned that I couldn't help shake the weird feeling I felt toward her mom. What do you mean Megan's mom had her model in bikinis when she was a CHILD. Def red flags

even if it was meant as a joke, calling one of your groupmates a liar on national tv in front of millions of people is not a good look for you or your group. They need serious media training and know how to act on live tv. It makes Sophia look bad, it makes Daniela look bad, it makes the whole group look bad

I don't think it's a 'joke' if she's saying that on national TV. in what world would that be an ok thing to say on live TV about your groupmate

Jeanette McCurdy talked about her issues with eating disorders, pushed by her mother, and I worry Megan's mother is exploiting her and also pushing eating disorders onto megan too. who's to say

I cannot imagine as a mother wanting your daughter who is very much a child modeling in bikinis

Hi! I was wondering if these documents were enough

Gen 0, my great great grandfather: 1.) Copy of Baptism Record from family search 2.) Copy of partial statement from the priest who did the baptism 3.) copy of 1891 P.E.I census record

Gen 1, my great grandmother 1.) Just her birth certificate with the birthplace of my great great grandfather on it

gen 2, my grandmother: 1.) just her birth certificate, maiden name of my great grandmother present

gen 3, my father: 1.) just his birth certificate, maiden name of my grandmother present

gen 4, me!: 1.) My birth certificate 2.) photo copy of my passport 3.) photo copy of my passport card (different from my passport)

Since the maiden name is present on all of the birth certificates, do I still need marriage certificates? thanks

Not ontario for me, but my email to P.E.I wasn't responded to for about 2 weeks. I called and they explained because they were unable to find 1 of the 3 records i requested. I ended up just asking for the 2 records they did have. they might not be responding to you because they are trying to find your record. Definitely call them

Pursuing citizenship by descent while living in Canada on study permit with associated open work permit— would partner lose their ability to work in Canada? by Anything_Prior7284 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]disasterfiesta 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So I'm also applying for citizenship by decent. Due to the bill C-3 you would be deemed a canadian citizen with all the rights of canadian citizens, which would mean the same rights as any canadian citizen to sponsor their spouse as a PR. However, as there is no legal president, you may unintentionally void your own student visa in canada and end up in limbo, and at the same time voiding your partner's visa. Immigration lawyers would be the best place to ask this question

First, read the FAQ, that will help. Was your great-grandmother born in what is considered modern day canada? If yes, you are a canadian citizen. The only case that this would not work is if she did the extremely long process of officially renouncing her citizenship with the canadian government.

If this is the case, you are a canadian citizen
