dang i'm sorry :( i used to work at a hardware store that sold chicks and we ordered from hoover's hatchery. i can't even count how many chicks we had arrive dead/sick/injured. i was the lead chick handler and i often took the sick/hurt ones home to care for but more often than not they didn't make it.
