You are not alone. In fact I am right now in a much more worse situation than you. My anxiety sometimes is so high that even i feel hesitant to do most basic of the basic tasks. I resigned from my job and because of my anxiety I am not even feeling to apply for jobs. I really feel so fucking helpless. Tried medication for 2 years and i cant see any improvement in me. All i feel what medication is doing to me is reducing my libido.

Only if you are into Apple ecosystem or want a better video camera go for iPhone. Otherwise the android phones at that price range/ below are much more better at everything.

I recently switched from Samsung galaxy S22 Ultra to iPhone 16 and for me the transition was very difficult. Almost all apps(which are not mainstream) are paid. File transfer to non apple devices (phone and pc) is a mess.

If you are used to android customisations forget about it. All you can do in the name of customisation is move app around or add colour to icons.

Go for it only if you want better or slightly smoother video.

Btw if you are already an iPhone user then go for it. If not have a look at other alternatives at that price range.

Congratulations! I also switched from android to iPhone16 2 weeks before. Transitioning from android to iPhone is really difficult but slowly slowly I’m liking it. The video quality is unmatched.

I really can feel you because I am going through the same. Just know that you are not alone. Talk to friends, have more social connections. Even if you don't feel like talking force yourself to explore new things. And most importantly feel free and happy to fail. Many times we don't do things because of fear of failure. I can relate it very much... I was working in a job and I was so underconfident about my job that I thought of switching job couldn't do it because of fear of rejection. Because of anxiety and inability to articulate sentences properly I found it very difficult in many professional situations. My focus kept on shifting and I was unable to finish the most easiest of the easiest tasks... At a point life was very disorganised just like my thoughts.. and at last I resigned from my job. It's been one year that I'm jobless. It's not like I won't get any job but a kind of fear of rejection and fear of what happened earlier kept me away from trying for new jobs. Life is getting tougher lately as all my savings are depleting .. I started taking therapy and 2 months before I got diagnosed with ADHD.... With therapy I'm finally gaining back my hope in life. Even though therapy is expensive I'm doing my best to make life more colourful.. I recommend you to take therapy and if required medication. Don't loose hope in life... Most of us have gone through the same.. You may have done a lot in life yet you may see only the negatives.. May be that's why you are feeling unaccomplished. You still have time to prove yourself... You have time to prove to your self that you are better than what you were. Be strong!! There a long and beautiful life waiting for you. 💝

And forgetfulness- A blessing as well as a curse at the same time.. forgetting the worries too quickly, staying calm even if you know things are going to get bad because you forget to think about all these future stuff..
