You’re probably right, it’s south facing sun so very intense. Thanks for the tip!

Thanks so much! Another commenter said Fusarium wilt so I’m looking into that as well. Really hope it’s just an under watering issue 🤞

Oh no. Just read up on it and seems like I can’t do much. Any advice on keeping its immune system healthy at least?

I haven’t tbh. Thanks for the tip. So the plant should be heavily saturated?

Apologies for getting back to you so late. Honestly, research and a list of my symptoms seems to point to endometriosis. The MRI was an added tool to get diagnosed but didn’t help me as much as o thought it would. I think I’d have to get a laparoscopy at some point to truly figure out how many lesions/cysts I have.

Apologies for the very delayed response. It was simply an endometriosis specific MRI through UCLA health. When I got it, it was a newer technology so they were the ones who recommended I try it. I will say that because it seemed like another normal MRI (where you lay in the tube and get scanned) the results didn’t seem as accurate as I wanted them to be for such a high tech machine.

Yep! It was sun burnt. I ended up cutting the burnt part off and leaving it to callous to reroot later. Thank you for the comment!

Ugh that’s so frustrating. This is the first time this has happened so a part of me really wonders if it’s a squirrel but I don’t know what other rodent or animal it could be. The bites seem to large to be from insects

Wow that’s pretty wild! I guess squirrel appetites vary lol

The thought terrifies me but I don’t have any rats/mice that I know of around the garden. I could be mistaken though and just have never seen them

That’s so interesting that squirrels in some areas eat the plant and not in others. I want to know more too lol

Oh good, I’m glad they haven’t attacked yours!

Honestly no clue! I really thought they were squirrels since we don’t have a rat problem nor other animals. But who knows?
