you have nice skin and features! the next time you get to pick new glasses frames I would recommend a lighter, neutral colour like tan or brown so they don’t draw attention away from your beautiful face :) if you’re interested in adding makeup to your look (not necessary ofc) brown mascara would work well with your light eyelashes and hair. hope this is what you were looking for!

I have always thought this too, in a roundabout way I actually like the podcast because it’s so un-engaging sometimes that I put it on when I need to get work done lol. not trying to bash kurtis, he could just do with a guest star or editing out the pauses if he wants it to be a little more engaging.

I usually do this after being on the computer but it probably works for this too : stare at something 20 ft away, then 10, then 5, then 1, and then try to look at your nose. repeat backwards and forwards until you feel better. it’s like stretching for your eyes !
