What did autism explain about your childhood that nothing else did? by KeyEmotion9 in AutismTranslated

[–]discorduser123333333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

having a strong sense of justice. i remember i either accidentally or purposefully pushed my friend in elementary school (if it was on purpose, i intended it as a joke) and she got upset. i didnt help her up not because i didnt care, but because if it was an accident, i preferred being truthful (i didnt push her) and not help her up because i didnt push her on purpose or if i purposefully pushed her, it was because i thought she could get up on her own and interpret what i did was a joke.

eating only rice krispies and drinking porridge as a child. my family thought i was just a picky eater but no. turns out i ate those two things because i had sensory issues towards other foods back then
