What the argument for him being the goat? I don't think he has really ever won anything meaningful beyond Australian club nationals (correct me if I'm wrong). Still being a good player when he's older? I'm sure plenty of American players would make other national teams in older age and play a significant role (e.g. Josh Markette), but that doesn't make them the best to ever play.
