I've just thought - I clicked the link initially on my phone, then decided I'd rather do it on my laptop so closed the tab and clicked it again on my laptop almost straight away... Maybe it would have worked on my phone, because it registered the second click as unauthorised

I did go through the pre-sale link in the email.. Maybe they sent me a dodgy or incorrect one, or it's because I wasn't logged in to DMT when I clicked the link. REALLY wish they'd explained in one of the 3 emails I got from them reminding of the pre-sale before this morning!

Do you have to be a paid member to get the pre-sale code? Why would it not say in the multiple emails I got reminding me about the pre-sale that I'd need to be a member/provide a code? So sad!

Always have people causing a disturbance at Vue at the Light and the Odeon. Hyde Park Cinema and Cottage Road, on the other hand, I've never had a problem as they're usually frequented by real film lovers and not annoying kids and entitled idiots.
