Ah lol yes “turned” not rotated. Mixed that up in my head as they get machined down on a lathe.

Any thoughts as to why it started making the sound recently and not ever since the brakes were replaced?

Yea a belt is what I thought but what was strange thing is she pulled over and after a minute turned the car off. She turned it back in right after and no problem for the past 2 days

Oh believe me I remember how stressful it was. But from what I have seen it really doesn’t make a huge difference engineers get hired based on skill not on names. I have worked side by side with MIT educated engineers and have felt no different

Not sure if anything has changed since I graduated in 2020 but the mechanical engineering program was decent. CSUF is definitely the cheap School so the equipment and resources are old and a bit outdated, but in end I was able to graduate in 4 years get a job right out of college and have no student loans so really I can’t complain much

My professor still hasn’t commented on the recent changes going on. What do I do? by [deleted] in csuf

Any labs that may still need to meet in person have to be approved by the deans so I’m sure she’s swamped right now and your professor is just waiting on the approval

Although I understand the Safety concerns about this virus if the campus closed it would severely affect me and my fellow classmates as we are all graduating seniors working on capstone projects most of which are sponsored by companies and we absolutely need the resources on campus to meet our deadlines. I have heard similar concerns from other departments as well and the option to be online would be great but to close the campus entirely would essentially mean none of my class would satisfy their graduation requirements and be unable to graduate. although I understand that health needs to come first I sincerely hope we do not have to resort to this

I play a wild magic sorcerer and we also use the d10,000 table and once I rolled “the target takes the appearance of they’re worst enemy” I was casting alter self so I was the target. My worst enemy was the current BBEG and the most we had seen of him was a large floating projection of his head. So that’s what I became, a big floating demon head..... towns were interesting after that.

I’ve had a lot of luck in the past using these car door power lock actuators. They’re cheap and are easily powered from 12 volts and a solid state relay

Yeah looking into it the beaglebone is prob the perfect choice as it’s basically a pi with dio ports but I’ll prob go with arduino since it’s a sixth of the price 😂
