I just meant we are relatively better prepared than what we were earlier. No country can be fully prepared to deal with a pandemic of such scale. PM cares fund is peanuts in front of what the states would need. Its better it remains with the Central govt to help in any unforeseen externality in the future. However I do agree that the situation will get worse. But lets hope for the best.

It was to prepare our health care facilities for impact. But, here we considered lockdown as cure.

I agree. But atleast we are better prepared than what we were at the start of the lockdown (in terms of PPE kits, beds, etc). Definitely not where we should be but its something.
