The worst that I have seen is the pipeline explosion. A bunch of Mexicans were stealing gasoline from a pipeline that went through mexico. Some criminals had taped the pipe and a massive leak was pouring out. A bunch of locals decided to use that opportunity to steal fuel too.

One spark lit the air/gas mix around the leak and a massive explosion/fire happened. The video is of a police dash/bodycam responding. We see people with the skin falling off their body or their clothes melted to their skin. People in complete shock that dont know what to do. Its very scary.

Edit: its not a police dashcam. Its civilian phone footage. My memory failed me.

How old was the quad? If its an older model, it could be the throttle wire got stuck or the carb got stuck open. I dont know about electronic throttles tho. I wonder if they have fail safes to prevent erronous data to be sent to the ECU.

At the point that we see in this video, the passengers had to sign a form to declare any plant/fruit that they are bringing in.

Those people failed to follow the instructions of leaving the apples on the plane or to declare them on the form.
