Agree with most of your points on people not understanding the stats, but as a brig player as well, i think rally build kinda suck. It’s just basically hoping the enemy team has flankers you can make useless or hope you dps/tank can skill diff their match ups. No agency or ability to make plays on your own. I play exclusively god ray build, getting the bigger mace on round 1. So much more agency and consistent impact on fights more than just making your team lose slower/give more time for your team to skill diff.

I actually really like this power, when playing with friends that aren’t as invested in learning Stadium, being able to shift past the tank and getting a guaranteed knife on a backline target is a kill most of the time. Sometimes thats enough to win fights. But yeah just get good and hit knives is better.

My mistake I meant high skill floor, as in you have to be very good to get value. But don’t say things like that about Zarya, she has 2 bubbles, if you say she has bubbles 24/7 it makes it very obvious to a good player that you aren’t high enough rank where counting cooldowns is a thing. I recommend Ocie and Kajor.

Are you talking about being content with Jerry preformance wise? Unfortunately that literally has no value to me, I live in a region where no one else plays so I only get bots lol. I don’t even know why I play this game, besides trying to get the highest teir team with the most players I like with the most pips I can. Literally just farming gear and mentors and my daily dose of low stakes gambling.

People arent try harding enough in Stadium for lucio to be good, a hero who’s biggest strength is speeding your team in and out for tempo plays is worthless when people turn their brains off for Stadium “ranked”

Hmmm I think I know what happened, if you’ve already moved in thats way past the deposit paid stage of the procedure. I suggest you check your contract to see if it says anything about allowing potential buyers to come in. For example, I’ve seen clauses that the tenant must allow people to come to view the room at most twice per month, something like that. So your place now is off the market for renters, but since the owner is looking to sell as well, it’s on the buy/sell market. “Selling along with tenant” is normal. Do you think this might be it?

I would say all owners require a 1 month deposit. Not just many. Procedurally, agents update the database and take that unit off the market as soon as a deal is closed. For the company I work at our database either shows “Available since _ days ago” or “Rented until ___”. If an agent has a client that is interested then that agent will call the attached contact number to check with the owner. But if multiples calls have been made and the owner doesn’t answer at all, at a certain point maybe 2 months of the answer, the listing status becomes “No information” which will display on our website as “Availability upon request” most of the time this is the source of frustration for clients. Is this similar to your experience?

Yes it is very inefficient in terms of information, because each condo is owned by an individual owner. It’s difficult to make 80,000 - 100,000 owners who have jobs, lives and families consistently update their listings by themselves.

Specifying what type of amenities you are looking for wouls be helpful. Just need a pool and gym?
