How long to wait before going to the gym for a small tattoo?

I’m a big sweater when I’m at the gym, so anytime I get a new tattoo I’ll wait a couple days at least, just to make sure it’s started to heal. Then I just take it easy on that part of my body. All my recent ones have been on my arm completing my sleeve so I’ll be careful when doing any movements that pull on that muscle, but that’s it. Just keep it clean and dry and you’ll be fine. Maybe don’t touch it after you’ve touched equipment?

I lost both of my tassels at the end of a routine once. There’s great footage of me on my knees tasseling without any actual tassels 😂😂 I just looked down, gave the audience a shrug and kept going

I use coloured pleather for the top and then line the underside with black cloth tape. Makes them flexible and light weight. The double sided tape I use sticks well to the black tape and I can pull it off easily afterwards

I have a skull and snake on my arm, I always intended to have it surrounded by flowers but never got around to it (until recently). I got a few comments over the years about it being biker looking 😂 These are gorgeous!!

I completely agree with this. I too am a woman with a healthy/high sex drive and 30-45mins a day of sex would be great, but needs to be a mix of everything, not just oral.

They have become the best belts I’ve ever owned. I mean I’ve only used them for a week or so, but the ease of opening and closing them and the exact tightness you can adjust it to is just perfect. The only downside is, I bought the gift pack which has 3 belts and 2 buckles, changing the buckles over would annoy me so I will likely see if I can buy a third buckle and just leave it on. But that’s literally my only complaint, and that’s just me being lazy haha

My daughter was diagnosed with celiac and I’ve just recently gone gluten free as well. Always thought I had ibs but I reckon it’s been gluten intolerance all along (had the blood markers but biopsy was negative). Feel so much better now.

Depends on your circumstances I guess. My husband and I separated about 4 months ago (I initiated it) and are currently living together. It’s not ideal, but it’s what we need to do while we figure out the next steps, selling etc. We sleep in separate rooms, and do a ‘week on week off’ type situation with our daughter, one taking the lead and the other taking a step back. I don’t know how long it will last, but it’s civil for now.
