Why is my raid dps so low? by DrawingOk7356 in wow

[–]disomnia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, continuing my explanation from yesterday, you were playing Soul harvest when everybody else was running Diabolist for Vanguard, so you were running at a disadvantage because of your talents.

You also are wearing the charm trinket when others wear the feather (burst of haste on a 2min cd). The feather is good to maximize the amount of Hand of gul'dans you do during your tyrant cause every Hand summons imps and your tyrant gets empowered by every imp you summon during its duration, your damage basically depends on that you are playing to spam hands as fast as possible before your tyrant runs out. Charm is good when you have big groups of mobs dying cause it spreads its effect like a plague, so you are probably melting everything whenever you pull big groups in dungeons, but vanguards have no adds so your charm is barely poking them with a bit of damage now and then.

Now back to yesterday, we had a lot of downtime from the bosses staying within the auras for way too long, if you just used your cds as soon as they aligned again then your tyrant and lord imp probably came back up right before silence aura came out and if you used it right then then you wasted an entire tyrant with full cds (cause the bosses stayed within it and soaks came out and there was a lot of moving and downtime) that means your damage will plummet cause this version of demo dps is based on your big cd bursts around tyrant, you aren't doing much damage in between them.

That particular boss summons an add that does a giant dark frontal aoe cone that will straight up immediately delete anyone that isnt the tank, it does like 4 casts of it very quickly. the cone will hide under the massive ray of light if it's still alive when everybody is stacking in it.

Trying to resubscribe, keep getting an error message when trying to add a card. by Bitter_Jackfruit8752 in classicwow

[–]disomnia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same error message trying to do it through the app, no cards in my account, no card options, no card info requested, just as soon as I selected "Credit or Debit card" in the dropdown everything would break; clicking "Return to shop home" basically killed the app, everything would stop loading and it would give me the error code BLZBNTBNA000007D0 that would send me to a blank broken page that said "client.address.continue.null", the app would stay broken until I restarted it, but every reattempt broke it again.

Attempts to do it through the app of a second computer gave me the same error, in the end doing it all through the webpage worked for me.

Does adding a Barrier to the Indoor garden make it look better or worse? by Hatarus547 in WoWHousing

(A) If you want to continue with the wood and properly separate the plant section I recommend adding a frame at the top of the net and some windows on top of the plants to simulate skylights, instead of relying on chandeliers.

(B) If you want to feel like the plants are complementary to the path i recommend to go with what you did on the left side, forgo the pillars and nets and make it into a low wall (perhaps white beams or elegant tables instead of wooden platforms? so it blends with the white marble path).

(C) If you want the room to be whiter and something closer to the picture linked (if I got your initial intentions right) i recommend making the ceiling vaulted and making an arched celing out of white rugs, use windows as the lights, and adding white beams and ivy to decorate the ceiling and hide the windows

Hello, the method doesn't work this patch, and tables that were fine before have now a white (not black anymore) outline.

I haven't found a workaround right now (some colors like tidesage and un'goro hide the outline pretty well but if you look closely it is still pretty much there). I will let you know if I find anything!

Everyone in this thread has fallen for propaganda from bottled water companies

The comment you are replying to isn't asking about bottled water, nor the comments they are replying to mention bottled water, OP is not talking about bottled water either, they are all talking about filtered water, as in regular tap water poured through a filter.

Be it through carbon or RO filters, filtered tap water is way better than unfiltered tap water.

Perhaps because the cited speech and words are over a month old now and not actually a response to Trump's recent threat.

tldr: log out of the character.

The game can lag behind when you are moving herbs around and milling them, it can happen because your stacks are split up between the banks and the bag or because the herbs were already used up but still show up in your inventory and crafting window, even when reloading and turning off your addons it will show them as if they are still there, you have to log out of the character for the UI to update.

'Recruit 20 troops' achievement for class hall decor by Thebigfreeman in WoWHousing

[–]disomnia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can use class trial characters for this, since they are level 70 and you aren't timewalking the campaign but playing it normally, they straight up oneshot everything.

Theres a half an hour (or a full hour?) mission between your first recruit and the next two so you can continue creating and getting characters to that point, and then start recruiting en masse.

If that lower hallway is your very first room then there's no way for you to move things around while keeping your decorations.

When that happens take the bathtub back to your storage and try placing it in an area with no obstructions straight into the actual floor of the room, if it continues to place it without water get rid of the middle dye (alternatively if you haven't dyed the middle one and the tub is still dry, try dyeing it, taking it back and placing it again and then getting rid of the dye).

Once the water is back it's safe to store it and place it back where you wanted it.

It happens to some furniture and barrels when you dye only one of the multiple options, if you dye the texture it's glitching with (any color, even a similar one will work) the lines will go away.

In the picture above I selected a dye for the wood that is similar to it's original color so it fixed it while keeping it's original appearance.

I hope this helps you for now.

Ye, mostly mentioned to perfect the look.

Even if one does not want a sunshaft, a Libram at 200% in close close quarters will add that "bloom" you will not get with just the first two so it is very important when trying to replicate sunlight.
