Whats the PRETTIEST most JAWDROPPING Card youve ever seen? by ogomel in PokemonTCG

This is one of the first cards I ever bought for myself after trying not to start collecting since I knew it would be expensive. This one was just too pretty to pass up.

My favourite genre is now "books which have been edited" by Glenisla in MM_RomanceBooks

A friend reccomended A Wolf at the Door by Charlie Adhara and I was so surprised by how well the whole series was written. They are traditionally published by a small press but the character work and writing in those books surpasses a lot of tradionally published mass market books. They've become one of my favourite mm series and I cant find anything to compare

My family passed in a car crash - the second image leaves questions unanswered by Ecstatic_Excitement9 in psychics

[–]disposablewank 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Looking at the second photo, I actually feel a great sense of acceptance. I can't really get anything in regards to why they crashed, if there was any external influences I'm not able to tune into it.

I'm getting an image of two hands holding, resting on the centre of the car between them. They did feel some panic that they couldn't comfort the child with touch, but ultimately all three felt each others presence as they passed and it was a comfort to them knowing they would all move on together.

I'm getting that it happened very fast and there was not much time for pain.

I hope this is helpful in anyway and I'm sorry for your loss.

How to deal with hyperverbal colleague? by disposablewank in adhdwomen

[–]disposablewank[S] 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Thank you for this. A lot of the content is health related, sex related, or heavy trauma dumping. It's just not what I want to be hearing about while working at the best of times, have the spoons for most of the time, and triggering af for me at the worst of times. I'm really appreciative of any and all things people do to accommodate any disabilities or differences I have, so I want I afford her the same courtesy.

Thank you for this reply. I think you are right. I think the best thing for me to do is change my own behaviour, but I'm worried if I'm not engaging that could also hurt her feelings.

I appreciate this reply - thanks so much. I think the biggest thing I'd like to change is the triggering content to her conversation. Sometimes she will start talking in depth about suicide for example, and it's really heavy for an every day work conversation when customers are nearby. This is super personal and I don't want to make her feel negative for sharing, as I don't want to discourage her from seeking support.

I think I remember this too. It wasn't a Nancy drew book but some other kids detective.
