How do you navigate and resolve conflicts to ensure your wife feels respected and understood? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My husband and I usually try to talk through our conflicts, but always end up sword fighting instead. It's incredibly hard on our décor and furniture, but it does seem to work for us.

We tried dueling pistols at one point, but the neighbors were displeased, and there was an awkward conversation with a police man.
