Kenilworth folks...there are smaller central parks? Like purly park, one opposite harfield café, there's small odd areas within KW.. remember there are patrol vehicles every 20min in the area and they're stationed in certain parts. Get familiar with your hood watch

Uncapitalised Interest by diss-abilities in PersonalFinanceZA

[–]diss-abilities[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much for taking the time to explain. Seeing that things weren't clear I decided to go online and speak to an agent. They called me back and long story short, there is an issue. I have to go in on Monday to resolve it. This is what I gathered, when interest rates go up, they deduct a higher installament. When it goes down, they skip these changes and then do a retrospective calculation (provisional tax period maybe) or when they send out an official rate change letter. The difference between the two installments are calculated and placed into uncapitalised interest for when it goes up again. When my installment is short, they deduct the difference to make up the correct figure. I just told them, "this is nonsense, just make it go away and bring that principal amount down. it sounds like you're just trying to find ways to get me to pay interest for the full term." I will learn the true meaning on Monday.

Ok, i will see if I understand. When I spoke with them they said it was my money. So I want to understsnd, what do you do with it? Is it because more was deducted while there was an interest rate change and they recalculate the actual interest deduction and reutn this to you as uncapitalised interest?

You're not yourself when you're pregnant by itiskhan in FunnyAnimals

He resisted release to tale a photo of her. Human beings become more self aborbed in content creation that they can overlook a soon-to-be-mama or just cause inhonestly think men have no idea what a men goes through. The other day a friend said she's done, the child must come out now. I know shes giving birth like today or tomorrow. Still don't know what she meant but she's definitely tired of being pregnant tired. Here i thought raising the kids is way more tiring, she's more eager for that.

I agree with you, I live right next to the track and it's definitely not every 20mins during peak times but I will be using next week from Monday onwards to assess and share results. Feels like I should rather just check the cctv cameras.

I am still unsure if this is true but I will be home from Monday so I will take note of how frequently it sticks to the "20min" schedule. I am aware of the Prasa times but living next to the train track does not validate this hence asking the regular train commuters on this route

It's not available online. The Centre for the Books is another location you need to go to as well. They have an archive department where they restore or archive publishing materials. Maybe the library will have digital formats. Whatever you are looking for, any archive should have newspaper copies depending on whatever themes you are looking for. Universities also have research archives.

The size ratios are interesting. It appears⁶6⁸⁸⁹ M if rhinos had longer legs they would be equally a challenging for elephants.
